Mob mama of many talks birthing on country, how her personal birth focus is solely on post partum these days, and how reweaving post partum practices in alignment with our ancestral lineages strengthens our communities and collective wellness. Imuna shares her experience with her three different births and postpartums. She shares her lack of knowledge the first time around, and yet being cared for by people who nourished her throughout this time. Despite her more supported subsequent experiences, she still feels there is room for a lot more in postpartum care: unforseen circumstances, and the need for more varied support and witnessing would go a long way to even more nourishing experiences for birthing people.
